Combining Uniforms, How to make a Fuku similar to this?

Her hair band is a bit too close to her bangs making her forehead seem larger.

Are there any pictures of the Jurrai Sciences Academy uniform to do a variant of this from? Because the way I understand it those clothes colors were not the uniform.

I think The Spoony one could use a Senshi Insana! She could even borrow the PPGZ slogan and have it fit since its almost a perfect hybrid of Love and Science.

Doctor Four for me. I remember watching a friend knit a long, long scarf. Took her weeks and weeks. To senshify the scarf, one could draw it as an enormous droopy bow tie.
