Even if it stays translucent it really needs the full skirt. Right now it looks more like a Leotard than a Fuku.

I like the look. I wonder what fans of the original character think though... Its after 11:00 PM here. And I have to get up early. Nighty night.

Look at my avatar. I also have the anime on DVD and the manga. I grew up with those classics in the 80s. Shows like Creamy, Emi, Pelsia, Minky Momo,...

So, any suggestions as to what Creamy Mami's or Magical Emi's Senshi call out phrase would be? In the name of...?

I think Senshi Creamy's skirt should be flared out some more.

Call out phrases?

For Emi maybe : in the name of magic
For Creamy: in the name of music or maybe in the name of pancakes (since her family owns a pancake shop)

Oh, and I don't know if I've suggested this already, but how about a Dark Magician Girl senshi (from Yu Gi Oh)?
And that's the bottom line 'cause Dumbledork said so.

I always thought they owned a Crepe Shop. As for Mami, her phrase should go "pim pom pum, for music and sweet crepe's I'm gonna sing for you"

Not exactly. You tend to not make them as fluffy or well stackable as pancakes. One of the goals is to make it as thin as possible... And they are normally sold folded into a cone shape instead of flat.

that's like comparing Tortillas to a loaf of bread. Though it is easier to fill a crepe with either meats, veggies or cream type desert fillings...=^*^=

I don't think there's that much of a distinction here in Europe. The French call them 'crêpe' and the Germans call them 'crêpe', 'Pfannkuchen', and 'Eierkuchen', although in Germany it's more of a regional difference. The biggest difference is that 'crêpes'are usually much thinner. Most common toppings and fillings here in Europe are sugar, marmalade, whipped cream, or chocolate paste. Not so common are cheese, ham, and vegetables.

The most famous crêpe is probably the 'crêpe Suzette'.

Darn. I'm getting hungry here.

over here, the pancake...or flapjack, is anywhere from 1/8 to 1/4inch ((roughly 3 to 5 mm)) thich and not suited for rolling and stuffing. I've had desert crepe filled with things like applebutter, orange whip and Boston cream filling, though my favorite is fresh spinach, bacon and mushroom ...Darn now I'm hungry too... :P
