I think that Akane has no taste whatsoever when it comes to clothes. Which fits her personality since she always tries to be feminine but fails at it.

She has no taste of any kind at all. Don't forget her cooking. If she could taste the air while making it she couldn't come up with things that hurt people as much as what she makes does.

Oops.

Kasumi and Akane changed costume so quick they forgot to switch their tiaras.

Here they are with the correct tiara for their house.

You almost have to pity poor Professor Snape, or any other Hogwarts potions master, having Akane in his potions class. ( unless he bans her or threatens to remove points from her house should she dare enter his class room again.)

lol. Totally. In the next chapter of my fic 'Veela One Half' we'll learn that Akane was banned from potions class at Furinkan Magical Academy.
