Combining Uniforms, How to make a Fuku similar to this?

Increased jewel size and tried rank insignia on gloves.
Changed badge symbol to engineering.
Senshi gloves range from very short - as here to full elbow length.
So there is plenty of room to play with for positioning the sleeve rank stripes.

It's definately getting better with every drawing.

I'm kinda wondering how the bow and kerchief on the back look in these colors and am wondering what it would look like to have the Division Insignia centered in the scarf if you know what I mean.

Funny you should mention a back view.

Looks good but Do you think it would look better with the ship insignia or just leaving the division ensignia bare like that?
I'm thinking about with the ship ensig (the weird asymetrical A shape) is because it would allow it to have the metalic arround the ensig like with the badge on the front. But I do admit it looks good without it.

And on the glove the Captains stripes look nice but with how much extra red cuff you added wouldn't that take it past the elbow? The stripe area from first to last isn't ever more than 15 CM I don't think . . .

Yeah 15 CM from cuff to back of last stripe. So say about the length of the gloves palm should be about equal to the max ever really needed for the stripes. And eitherway even if it gets cut an an angle to have a spike pointing out when the arm is bent keeping it to only the forearm is a nicer look however it the shape goes.

For length of colored cuff just based on what I see in this last image how about half way between the longest and shortest cuff you have showing. ::kicks self:: I now feel like I am being too nitpicky.

As to the whether the division symbol should be inside the ship symbol.

Fully agree these are amazing work in crossing the styles.

Personally, I like the version without the ship symbol.

As for the ensignia, I think the way things contrast is probably effecting my opinion.

I like the Division one alone when it's on the white background but on that darker Sciences one I end up feeling that having the Ship ensignia there as well helps keep it from disappearing.

An old saying but I can't remember who coined the phrase. "Problem with Uniforms is the uniformity." Maybe this is a place where they don't have to match eachother.

Having the ship's badge on the back doesn't look right. How about just the division insignia with a white border to make it pop from the darker color? Another point is that sailor collars never have a big applique in the middle. They usually have smaller appliques in the two corners.

I'm not sure about Star Fleet Regs. but given that a number of the senshi have long hair, having the emblem in each corner makes some sense.

The corners do look better less dominating in the design. But on the Contrast again having the blue and black with the highlight seems a little much given the rest of the garment. There really isn't any regulation on the color of the division ensignia, it never came up, so why not just make it so they are white while on the dark background and black on lighter shades?

I'm fairly certain that Star Fleet regs do not have a section covering sailor senshi uniforms. Just one of those little details that even the best organizations can miss. ^_^
