I'm kicking myself for putting off watching Aria until now. So, like Ellen, I'm going to recommend it, too.

Yay gondoliers! :D

Boo Langoliers!

Isn't Aria like being outdoors on the finest of days? And I love the King of the Cats! The only anime I've found that can rival it at its own game is Yokohama Shopping Log.

I'm going to have to go about making a list sometime today in the first post of the suggestions people gave me.

I finished Space Battleship Yamato last night. Pretty soon I'll have to watch SBY II and SBY III, but for now, I'm getting around to finally watching Gurren Lagann.

Then I'll try to go for something suggested in this thread XD

Not Gurren Lagann! Quick, make a backup copy of your brain and drill it into the heavens for safekeeping! :O

Aria makes me want to take up a fictional job in a fictional universe. ;/ XD

Bleh... six episodes into Gurren Lagann and I give up. I'll watch episodes off and on sometime, but I'm not going to sit through the entire series in one go. It's boring, annoying, and Kamina is terrible.

You made it a bit further than I did, then. But from all I've heard I'd call it retard soup. ;p

One episode in and already I like Galaxy Angel.

From the sound of things, the manga sounds rather 'bleh' compared to the anime.

The manga is more closely based on the game series, that's why. The anime is loosely based, and focuses on comedy.

I think I like that about the anime~

Anyway, finished the first series/season. I'll have to go back and watch the other series/seasons sometime o.o

You can do it! You can do it allllllll niiiiiiight loooooong!

Some of the Galaxy Angel episodes are absolutely hilarious. And they have a lot of good punch lines, too. It's a shame that some of the jokes don't translate over well in English.

And, damn it... Aria makes me want to become a gondolier. :O

I'd adore to have Woody's sylph-mobile, or even better, I'd be Cait Sith.

There's just something appealing about gliding serenely over a vast expanse of water.

It may just be the Cancer in me, though. :P

Could be it. XD

Whelp, I've finished Nerima Daikon Brothers and Dai Mahou Touge.

Dai Mahou Touge is kind of annoying. XP
