Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

I just remembered this the other day and I'm suddenly gripped by the need to read it again. I read it around 8~10 years ago, and all I can remember about it is that it was fairly short. It had Ranma waking up in the hospital, where he's being treated for jumping out of a second story window. Apparently he was born crippled/weak (don't remember this bit clearly) and the whole story of Ranma 1/2 - incredibly super-powered martial arts, beautiful fiancees, friend/rivals to kick ass with - was a fantasy world made up by the real Ranma to escape from reality. He insists that it was real, though, and tries to escape, attempting to jump out the window again and ends up more injured than before.

That's all I can remember, other than that the whole thing was a terribly depressing piece of work, as things go.

Anyone remember what it was called?

I remember that fic clearly. The logic of it didn't quite make sense, and the 'hook' at the end felt talked on/very forced.

I also don't remember what it was called, only that it was in Rakhal's archive.
