Pink Floyd's "The Wall" in five parts:

This was performed by students at the Commercial College of Iceland in 1995.

They later did "Tommy", but none of that is on the Tyoube. Shame, because their rendition of "Pinball Wizard" was good.

The inexorably advancing army of robots music
https://youtu.be/v4FLi1DFYSc?t=45
If you have played that mission, you never forget those robots. Highly resistant to all forms of damage except corrosive to the eye, they don't play tricks. They don't seek cover. They just keep advancing towards you like a slow avalanche, hit points overwhelming. You mow them down until you run out of ammo for your best gun, but still they keep coming -- air dropping, digistructing from spawner bosses, coming from behind you, and coming and coming, drowning you in numbers: https://youtu.be/rLvoihCpBKA?t=965

No large town festivals in Iceland this year for well-known reasons. Usually, the largest is Þjóðhátíð in Heimaey in the WWestman Islands. They have a festival song composed every year, and many of them have become popular in all of Iceland.

Our SCA group had an event, and one of the contests was to write a poem about the battle that was also part of the event. I won.

In the hostel, bravos jostle
By the bar comes angry cry.
Daggers flash out, goblets splash out
Gouts of rotgut in the eye.

Flailing flagons flogging noggins,
Jolting brains beneath jugged hair;
Victim staggered, quickly daggered,
Liver lanced within its lair.

Silence soon upon the room:
Dazèd drunkards drink no more.
Losers lying, sprawled and dying,
Face upon the bar-room floor.

One man stands up, holding brass cup;
Sees a barmaid's barrel there.
Fresh from brewer. He speaks to her:
"Who says bar-fights should be fair?

"Give me strong ale, give me wassail,
Give me gin to drink their doom.
For they stunned me, thought they'd done me,
But I bide within this room!

"They are dead now, spirits fled now;
Wit this well if you'd grow old.
Keep your eye out, til they die out:
Beer and foes are best when cold."

I suppose I could set it to music, but you really don't want that.
