Seeing as the last 3 weather systems to hint at rain were duds we are under just about red flag fire hazard levels here. Only idiots who want a scale version of the Great Chicago Fire are likely to be setting any off in the Reno/Sparks area. Sadly I can think of a couple casinos that would fall under that category.
