The front page of the M-16 booklet has Eisner's name on it, while the other two do not have an artist's name anywhere that I can see. Aside: The Preventive Maintenance Monthly magazine was also done in a comic book format. Someone scanned to PDF the entire set of that magazine.

See here: http://psmag.radionerds.com/index.php/Main_Page

The August 1993 issue has this infamous quip: "A slipping sear could let your M203 grenade launcher fire when you least expect it. That would make you quite unpopular in what's left of your unit."

Project Gutenberg has received a bunch of Farmers' Bulletins recently.

http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/62608 — FB 1638: Rat Proofing Buildings and Premises (1930)
http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/62848 — FB 2263: Beef Slaughtering, Cutting, Preserving, and Cooking on the Farm (1977)
http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/62838 — FB 2264: Lamb Slaughtering, Cutting, Preserving, and Cooking on the Farm (1977)
http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/62859 — FB 2265: Pork Slaughtering, Cutting, Preserving, and Cooking on the Farm (1981)

They are, I think, available in HTML, ePub and Kindle formats.

Maybe some of these cartoons could be used instead of "This Page Intentionally Left Blank".

Aside: I have been wondering if using only the subcarrier's lower sideband will improve the signal-to-noise ratio to a usable degree.

With the usual problem with stuff like that, individuality still rules, which means there are no actual "hard rules" or tells, just some that are more common than others.

The very first example used is absolutely terrible, a guy figured out that someone was an actor because she didn't fit HIS ASSUMPTION of what someone in a place like that should look like and because of that asked a question that got an evasive answer(which almost anyone could tell him, he SHOULD get just about anywhere because most employees know damn well not to slip potential company secrets to people from the outside)...

Meaning, that he accidentally ended up being correct about being suspicious. While he miserably failed to become suspicious based on the information that SHOULD have caused it because he LET himself get baffled by the bullshit and the show.

I looked at the gobbledegook. But it was hard, even as large as I could get it, because it was small print. Curses!

Yes, it's best to read this text on a large screen.

Anyway, a compilation of loony-tunes stuff:

I'm as glad it can't be easily downloaded. We have a few too many enthusiastic anarchists running around today.

Remember reading about someone tossing a typed message into a capsule, and the capsule into a tube? This book is about such a blown messaging system. Has a bit of history, too.

It's about building simple electric motors.

Looks like this is the first edition of this work, since there is no versioning info shown.
