I don't think those two are the same company. The info i found stated specifically that it was started in 1987, and that was active until 2004.
From the link, that's ONLY a game-company and the name was already long defunct by 1987 when it became Grandslam interactive after being Argus press software since 1984. The Quicksilva that started in 1987 was ONLY a record label, absolutely nothing to do with computers.
