Combining Uniforms, How to make a Fuku similar to this?

The Marines Fuku looks good but shouldn't the torso be a darker shade of blue? I mean the Dress blues Jacket is almost black(can usually only be certain of the difference because of actual black being enameled in some of the metals/or in ribbons) and it would help the bows and skirt stand out better.

A definate improvment. The only reason I grouped the bows with the skirt is because in other uniform adaptations you were trying to make the skirt match the colors of the pants in the originals.

CJN, there are multiple uniforms that can apply to each of those suggestions.

Although a Nazi Senshi is more disturbing to me than the thought of a Crystal Tokyo to parallel the world with everyone living under a single will in Madaline'L'Engle's Wrinkle in time.

I didn't really have a specific uniform in mind for the others I listed.
For the white dress uniform, while not exactly what I had in mind, if you doesn't find anything better, Romanov's uniform from Red Alert 2 would be quite OK.

I'm not entirely sure how a Gestapo Fuku would turn out. The main noticable features are the Collar, with SS; The white buttons, down the middle of the front; and the 4 rather large pockets.

There is a tayloring detail to the back that could carry over but even that is uncertain.

And the Parachute pants billowing out then comming tight seems hard to translate to a skirt.

I really wish I were better at drawing instead of just a nay sayer who picks out potential sticking points. I kinda wonder if anyone will do that one but I also have an aversion to Germany in that part of history.

Parachute pants? (has rather strange thought of MC Hammer doing Springtime for Hitler... Tries desperately to kill it.)
Try riding breeches or jodhpurs.
Your objection is still good though, it would be hard to translate.

A Tuxedo may be a bit of a challenge but not as hard as say Fukufying Endymions armor. There's also the Moonlight Knight's wardrobe to consider. But that didn't have enough contrasting colors or really any helpfull design elements at all.
