Mass Vexations is one, EPIC in length and of Mass Effect.
There was one of Ranma 1/2 where the main ended with Nabiki and had to fight a Mary Sue at some point but had a pretty fucking downer ending.

The best self inserts I found are Funnily enough in the Mass Effect sextion and all of them better than those by Skysaber.

I'll be honest and say I don't get why people like Skysaber.

What I don't get is why while there are characters like Onizuka, Mitsuhashi Takashi and Oga Tatsumi who are the epitome of Delinquency badasses who wont ever let anyone reform them but actually grow as men with that same attitude, there are no such examples of the female kind.
