Often times, whenever some new TYPE-MOON doujinshi translations come out, they get posted on this imageboard.
Other then that, there's also the Beast's Lair forum, which may have translations popping up from time to time (they usually get posted on the imageboard soon after though).

There are exceptions, of course (like Higurashi no Naku Koro ni), but very rarely are opening/ending animations worth watching more then once or twice... in my opinion, anyway.

No, it's not Pani Poni Dash. However, that you're reminded of Breakfast at Tiffany's IS relevant to the anime. The character featured on the image is a fan of Audrey Hepburn, and thus gets parodied in the OP. ^_^
