This should be the final version, other than if anyone finds new typos or such. I think a little bit of editing may have been lost, but it seems to all be there other than one thing that I put back.

I'm not really trying to use one theological system or another. Things basically are developing as i go. Perhaps another way I'm looking at it, is to include a little bit of everything.
