Well i was thinking the wings would be more like Saffrons since the magic used him as a template when linking to Ranma. In Ranma case the wings are made up of pure magical energy an she able to use them to fly. She also goes from 16-17 years old to about 28 when she useing her magic due to the effect of saffron useing magic to speed up his ageing. So Ranma-chan other form is more of a magical woman then girl.
Also thinking that any other near by magics got draw into Ranma-chans new magic form like the two staff would of been turned into bracers. with one able to create rings of fire an the other blades of ice. they also let Ranma create pure heat and cold. the bracers for the most part work to convert magical energy into etheir heat or cold along with the one preset attack in them both let over from when they were the staffs.
Ranma-chan also has saffron level healing an regenaration but with out the need for flames as her own mana will repair any damage she takes. but the down side to this is she can only fix herself up when she in her magical form. An also there is a limt to how much an how fast she can fix any damage that if it's pushed then her powers will react to protect her in the same why saffrons did to save him.
In this case it turns Ranma-chan into a baby an surrond her with a egg that will grow as she does inside it till she back to the right age an then hatches. The whole thing takes about 17 days from start to finish.
Also Ranma will figure out how to trigger the change from girl to guy an find other then a gender change his magical abilites remain the same. I also figured we could have ranma learning how to make his own spells an how to defend against other magics. Maybe have colonge teach him some in the hopes he doesn't by mistake blow up her or anyone else.

Not a very useable idea. I developed my own concept for the ultimate power up years ago, although I've only truly refined it recently. I've never used it as anything more then something to razz people on forums with, and am unsure how I even could use it in a story.
The problem is that the important thing is character interactions and conflict. If you take one character and make him/her utterly outclass everything else in the universe, what are you going to have them doing that makes for much of a story. About your only option is a drama where the person starts taking advantage of their power and doing things that later they end up regretting as they finally see it all in perspective.
That power up if you're curious would be a Mol-Guyver, and theoretically it would all actually work together. The nature of the systems and their requirements just happen to match up like that. Arrange for someone with Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, and won't be driven mad by using them, to get their hands on the refined version and there's nothing that's slowing that thing down.
Considering I've written up twelve pages of notes/outline, and seven page of misc scenes that have been written out I think it's safe to say I intend to write up a fic in response to this challenge. No idea when I'll have it in a proper coherent form though. A little more tinkering with the outline and I should have everything hammered out the way I want it.

well most i could come up with is using the whole oh my goddess limitors idea, so ranma doesn't outclass the whole world in power. Though if you mix that series in you might wind up with a whole crossover universe fic instead of a fukufic. I have been getting some good ideas emailed to me about this whole topic, but its not really my story so, i might use them for some other fic. Another idea i had was have ranma have problems controlling his power and have him trying to not destroy the whole world all through the fic. Thats if you want to do a ranma verses the world fic. up to you.

Probably the most interesting choice would be for Ranma to take position as the Moon Princess / Sailor Moon or alternatively one of the Outers bar Pluto due to their closer relationships. For Ranma to assume Pluto's role the outcome would be far too much like Relatively Absent.

Any Outer is problematic really, not the least because none of them died in fighting Beryl. With Pluto, she'd now be kind of left high and dry wondering whether she can leave now (canon Pluto here.). Add the not so minor problem the cats wouldn't be looking for her to show up, and that seems less then optimum. Uranus and Neptune would be weird, and Saturn would basically end up with the Outers going "Oh, ****."

That, would be interesting enough.
I mean, I think I saw 1 fic where Ranma was Saturn.
Back to topic:
I don't really see any problems here, so long as whoever tackles this is good at what they do.
That said, I cagree with Fog3 that Usagi really is the only one this would work with. But, that's if we assume Tux-man didn't get wasted at D-point.
Say he did. Then you have a revived him wondering what to do, Ranma dearly wanting out of the penguin suit, and the Inner Senshi going ballistic on each other to try and date the anti-Youma whup-ass-machine.
That, and Usagi constantly trying to "cure" Ranma back to normal (along with Tux-man.
[Remember, please, that according to the Manga, Tux-man has a sailor crystal. Which does make him a Senshi, just not a Sailor Senshi]
Hmmm, Now I'm out of helpfull ideas.
