Setting: Village Hidden by the Dragons. during the Time Skip

The Village Hidden By the Dragons is commonaly belived to be the first ninja village. it is well protected as it sits atop a high mountain with powerful winds that blow around it an rageing waterfalls that keep the rock faces slick. Those caves int he mountain are just as dangerous as lava flows thru them an the slightiest sound could trigger a cave in. Even if one was able to reach the dry part of the mountain above the waterfalls they would have to still deal with the lighting strom that rages just below where the village is said to be. It is well know you only can get into the Dragon Village if you are invited.

The Dragon Village hold many powerful ninja clans such as the Saotome, Elric, Tendo, The Papermaster's clan, an the lesser Alchemist clans. The Saotome Clan is know for their huge Chakra reserves an their fighting skills. The Saotome Clan has been part of the village from the very start, the Clan holds a great deal of power onthe council of clans that aids int he running of the village's civilan population. The Saotome Clan uses a fighting style created by their founder Happosai called Anything Goes, with branch styles formed following diffrent focuses among the Clan.

The Tendo Clan is another of the old families in the Dragon Village, their Clan dateing back to the start of the village. The Tendo Clan is made up of two houses, the Sword House and the Shield House. The Sword house of the Tendo Clan focus on attacking an defeating their enemies while the Shield House focus is on the protection of all life an never takeing a life. One of the more famous members of the Shield House is Vash the Stampede, the Humaniod Typoon, who is a hunter nin for the village an has a 99% rate from bringing back all of his targets alive and only slightly wounded. Vash uses the Tendo fighting style of the Gun, It is a rare style only taught from master too three students. The guns used by those who practice this style have never been copied or even studied as the Senshi, Also called Gunfighters, are very careful of their secrects an each gun can only be used by it's master an if any other touches it an tries to use it or take it apart causes seals hidden in the gun to explode.

Then there is the Elric clan that are the Main family of the Alchemist clans in the village with their abilities to do Alchmy with out need for arrays. The Branch Families are from when members of the Elric clan married into other families an the watered down blood line created ninjas who needed the arrays to preform alchemy. The Elric Family tends to let the minor Alchemist familes run themselves an remains small.

The Clan of Papermasters is another of the major clans of the village as it's due to their works that the Great Dragon Library came about, it is said that the answer to any question can be found among the books and scrolls inside it. The Papermasters all have a love for books an the ability to turn paper into weapons with their chakra. The current head of the Clan is Yumiko Readmen who lives in the Great Library with the rest of her clan. They serve as guards an libarians also and fom time to time one will travel the world to look for new books to add to their collection.

The Makuhari Clan is a small clan that is close to the Papermasters Clan who have the bloodline of Diving that allows them to use their chakra to become intangible. The clan is small an tend to be the village spymasters and assasins.

The Village also has the Amazon clans as they are called by some of the villagers made up of large numbers of women an girls who serve as ninjas under the command of Grandmother China who is one of the three leaders of the Dragon Village. Then there is the Musk Clans who are made up of those who's families long ago in the effort to create new bloodlines used lost ninja arts to merge the streagth of animals into their children. The Leader of the Musk Clans is the Gentleman who is also the head of the military police. The Last leader of the Dragon village is Faust who oversee the day to day normal oparations of the village and it's ninja. He also the Head of Anbu with the masked Anbu Joker as is second.


Plot:
Naruto is brought to the Dragon Village to get training as it the one place he will be safe from the group after him an they won't be able to spy on him. While there NAruto discovers his mother came from the saotome clan an he gets to know his cousin Ranma who is a Jonnin with his own group of gennin. Ranma students are Anita Kingu of the Paper-masters Clan, Alphonse Elric of the Elric Clan and Mikan Kurenai who the first of her family to become a ninja who comes from a family of balloon makers, she uses diffrent balloon theme jutsus an weapons she created.

Ninjas of the Dragon Village:

Ranma Saotome, age 19 Jonnin, Master of the Anything Goes. Ranma is the most gifted student to ever come out of the Saotome Clan in generations, haveing mastered not only the core style but all of the branch styles. He has even mastered the Hevenly Dragon Style of the school that uses ones chakra to control the elements around them. He is also one of the Ten Dragons of the village.

Yajiro Kojima, age 18 chunin, also called the "Rearguard Tiger", he is a swordman who has few equals in battle even able to use his sword to cut the bullets used by some of the tendo clan and had once sliced a Cannon shell in two during a mission. He is also one of the Ten Dragons.

Rushuna Tendo, age 16 Jonnin, of the Tendo shield house she also a Senshi and uses her gun styles to disable rather then kill. Rushuna fights to end strife an Chaos an she has a habit of hugging opponents who are difficult to negotiate to her chest in order to pacify them. she has a weakness for taking hot baths, and she indulges in this pursuit frequently. she holds the title among her caln of Grenadier, the smiling Senshi. she is also a very skilled body double and has trained to be able to fit in anywhere an can learn the manners an actions of anyone. In training to be a Senshi she studied with Vash and Setsuna Oomido who is belived to be her equal. She is also one of the Ten Dragons.

Touka Kurenai, 34 retired Jonnin, She is the madam of the Peach Blossom Tower brothel an was once one ot the Ten Dragons who protected the village. She like Rushuna is a practitioner of the ultimate battle strategy. she had to step down from her place as a ninja due to a sickness, she still keeps in shape and her weapon is a lance with a exploding ball attached to a chain that she can use to deflect kurnis. she takes in those who are orphaned or homeless after battles and allows them to work for her.

Banmaru Zoushi, age 19, is a gadget master who lives at the Peach Blossom Tower and spends half his time inventing new devices of all kinds. Banmaru is a bit nuts but the girls at the Tower are able to calm him down when he starts to go overboard. Touka tends to look over his plans an keeps the more dangerous ones locked up in the tower vault.

Missing Nins of the Dragon Village:

Legato Bluesummers- Puppet Master Ninja able to use his chakra strings to control other people bodies. He is Loyal to his master Millions Knives another Missing Nin of the Dragon Village.

Millions Knives- He is able to shape his chakra into blades that he uses to kill, he also has shown the ability to asourb living people into himself to make himself stronger adding their chakra to his own. When he taps into the power of those he has taken within himself it causes parts of them to grow from his body, such as arms, legs an even faces. Knives is the older of the twins with his brother being Vash who is looking for him.

Here is another Idea from my files that still in the works. I might even get around to writing this one myself but if anyone else is intrested I've got no problem with it or if you just want to use the village in a diffrent story I don't mind as long as I get credit.

You mentioned the ten dragons, what are they? Are they like the elite of the elite, having a status sort of like Kakashi or Gai do in Naruto? Not quite kage level respect, but ver yrespected for their prowess?

It sounds like an intresting plot. One problem however is how do people get missions for the Dragon village if its imposisble to get there? Or do they have a office in a town where you put your mission request in and then the shinobi leave the village, do the mission and return?

The Ten are the Elite of the Elite of the Dragon Village, Like the Seven Swordmen of the Mist village or the Sannin of the Leaf. At the moment the Ten Dragons are Ranma Saotome, Vash the Stampede, Edward Elric, Rushuna Tendo, Yajiro Kojima, Yumiko Readmen, Kasumi Tendo, Nacy Makuhari, with the last to spots among them open due to one of the Dragons retuireing an the other becomeing a missing nin.

That's right they have three offices that take in jobs an send the paperwork too the village with Messager Ninjas who are tried for stealth an speed. They are only known by their numbers as they are trageted by enemy ninjas hopeing to gather info on the Dragon village. The missions is then brought to the Three Ryukages who pick the rank for it an the team to handle it. Messager Ninjas of the Dragon Village start off as Genin who pass the basic skill test but not the Genin exam but show to be gifted in speed an stealth an are brought to become messagers an given a number an mask.
