Two worlds, one redhead

This is an idea I got long long time ago but put it to paper(computer?) some months ago and just now putting it on this website. Here is an idea list for it and bits of the prolouge I completed is posted in Fic C&C. Tell me what you think.

Ranma/Naruto fanfiction(Title: Kushina of the Anything Goes School of Taijutsu) notes and plotpoints for:

Prologue
•Happens after the aging mushroom arc but before Ranma un-youthened (ranma is 5 or 6?).

•Mousse finds out that the child he beat up earlier was ranma (from some where).

•Mousse steals from Cologne an amazon punishment magical spell/scroll :p that destroys a jusenkyo curse victims original
body and teleports them elsewhere.

•The magical device is meant to the one of the highest forms of punishment in Cologne's village and only kept with the elder(s?).

•Mousse knows about it when he asks Cologne about curse locking artifacts after the herb arc but never used it when he found out the it take a hell of the long time, the victim must stay in a certain spot and other complications.

•when Mousse finds out about ranma being a child again he takes this oppertunity to use the scroll/spell as he can easily overpower ranma now and keeps him constrained.

•Mousse manages to capture Ranma when he went out to score free eats and takes him to a secluded spot to use the spell/scroll to send ranma off and destroyes his original body, Mousse now does the happy dance :p.

•Ranma is sent to the naruto world stuck as a girl forever and lands on her head from high in the air in whirlpool country where a couple from the hidden village in the whirlpool finds her and takes her to the hospital there.

• When ranma wakes up she has amnesia and the couple takes her in as Kushina Uzumaki.
Mainstory

•Ranma/Kushina will gradually gain glimpses of her memory back over the years.

•There is a time differance between the dimensions (1 year(naruto) to 1 week(nerima).

•Ranma/Kushina's hair will be loose.

•This main story is in three(or 2) parts,Kushina's life all the way to naruto's birth,Kushina's return and leave nerima (she spends 7 weeks there before finding a way to leave)(This can be a side story) and 7 years after naruto is born (where she returns) to Naruto's shinobi graduation Exam.

•Kushina loves Minato even when she regains all her memories and confesses to Minato about her life as ranma when they where still dating, Minato believe her and says he still love her, cue WAFF.

•Kushina's taijutsu and other physical skills is high++, Ninjutsu is high, Genjutsu is just below average(for a jonin(jounin?)) and fuinjutsu is low.

•Kushina gradually regains her old fighting prowess and even more over the years of her life to where she is a A-S rank jonin(Jounin?) when the kyuubi attacks (she's and Minato are 24).

•Kushina's skill list at the end of part one is: anything goes,part of umisenken, moko takabisha, hiryuu shouten ha, bakusai tenketsu(she trains in it when she regains glimpes of her memory of that episode), semi-control nekoken(she has slight fear of cats(which impedes her skill when around them) and can induce nekoken at will when around the presence of cats if she concentrates(which leaves her vunerable during concentration as it takes time))(she had meditative therapy after she entered it during her younger years to gain this), kage bunshin, shunshin, henge, kawarimi, bunshin, tree and water walking, some water and wind jutsu(as well as all the element minipulation exercises except the second one for wind) and few lightning and fuin jutsu(kachuu tenshin amiguriken is a training method not a move).

•Kushina's starting elements are water and wind.

•Kushina returns to nerima after giving birth to naruto because someone from her old life manages to bring her back.

•For people in nerima only 19(18?) weeks has past.

•part two/side story has drama, reaquanticing(sp?), grief( i'm not saying angst), search for a way back, tying loose ends, helping/saving konatsu(cause i like him), kicking of saffrons ass( why this? because she is helping Plum and the other jusenkyo victims, NOT looking to return to male), and the eventual return back to naruto's world(all in 7 weeks:D).

•Part three has her coming back with the umisenken and yamisenken scrolls 7 years after she left.

•Kushina greets Sandaime, finds out about kyuubi's fate and reunites and raises naruto.

•Kushina teaches naruto anything goes, kage bunshin(when he can't do bunshin because of having a lot of chakra and not enough control(Kushina also had the same problem)) and the senkens(part of them anyways).

•All 3 parts are in Kushina's POV.

•Ki is one part of Chakra the other is something else or ki and chakra is the same (don't know which to choose).

•Ends when naruto goes to the academy. Sequel From naruto's POV.

•Kushina's taijutsu and other physical skills(includes kenjutsu) is high+++, Ninjutsu is high+, Genjutsu and Iojutsu(sp?)(Medical jutsu) is average+(is there such a thing as average+?)(for a jonin(jounin?)) and fuinjutsu is low.

•Kushina's skill list at the end of part three is: anything goes, the senken's, moko takabisha( and some other pure ki/chakra moves, maybe), bakusai tenketsu, semi-control nekoken, kage bunshin, shunshin, henge, kawarimi, bunshin, leaf sticking exercise(is this cannon?), tree and water walking, alot of water and wind jutsu(as well as all of the element minipulation exercises), some lightning jutsu(also first of its element minipulation exercise), few earth, fire, gen, fuin and medical jutsu(Kushina likes to cover her bases).

•Kushina's elements are now water, wind and lightning.

•Kushina's 29 and a S-rank jonin(Jounin?) at that point(She still kept training and doing some missons even when raising naruto).

•Kushina's nickname is The Crimson Ghost(because of the umisenken).

•Kushina's attire is red themed.

Sequel(Title: Naruto of the Anything Goes School of Taijutsu)

•Naruto's (during the beginning of series) taijutsu and other physical skills(include kenjutsu) is high+, his Genjutsu is low to average as is his academics and his ninjutsu is average to high(for now)(for a genin).

•Naruto's skill list is anything goes, some ki blast(maybe),some of the senken's, henge, kawarimi, kage bunshin, and few wind jutsu(and maybe tree walking)(too much chakra for leaf sticking).

•Naruto and Iruka are friends(maybe brotherly friends like in the cannon) outside of class.

•Naruto still loves to prank but does less attention grabbing ones.

•Naruto wears a different attire but is still orange.

•Naruto loves(and eats) food like his mom but loves ramen the most.

•Naruto's and his classmates are 12.

•There is no beat up naruto before or after Kushina's return.

•Naruto may or may not have a crush on Sakura.

•Naruto henge may or may not be unique.

•Naruto is still a loudmouth(hehehe).

•Naruto loves his mother :p.

•Naruto graduates at top 5 of his class.

•Mizuki may or may not ask naruto to steal the forbidden scroll, if so ????.

•Team set up is ????

•Naruto may or may not know oiroke(orioke?) no jutsu.


Detailed isn't it? and as you can see as it gets more into the future it starts to get vague. This is gonna be a drama/adventure(hopefully)

Deaged Ranma - Been done before, but can turn out ok if done right
Curse locked Ranma - Same as before, but harder with the deaging
Transported to Nartu-verse - Few stories have these three qualifiers, but it can be done
Amnesia...

Tallying up all 4 of those qualifiers, I've attempted a fanfic of just that type but found myself not liking where it was going. I still have ideas of Ranma in Naruto-verse in my head, but I've got other projects I'm working on.

Anyways, it's a hard route to take without making Ranma an entirely different character than he normally is. That is to say, if you go wrong, you make a new character who just holds Ranma's name and that's not good at all, one reason I stopped writing my own story.
I'd like to give you ideas on how to make this better, but it's already close to one of the idea's I had on rewriting my own story.

All I can really say is, take a look at the main character and see if it's still 'Ranma' during the story and then don't write yourself into a corner.

Might be better to take out forced feminization

but then since in places like Naruto few people bath in hot water regularly the curse might not show up for years

first change could be catalyst for starting to remember

course by now Kushina thinks they are female with an odd water based ability to henge male (orioke no justu reverse so to speak)

as for Kushina ending up in Nerima... with the conditioning of a ninja, Half the Nerima people would be dead within a week...

its more you are hand of god'ing the changes to get your story going when you should be flashbacking the origin as memories come in

Konsaki: Kushina will not remember being Ranma but he's personality will still be their. After She remembers everything about her previous life it will be Ranma with the added life experience of Kushina.

What I want too do is tell Ranma/Kushina's story as she goes through life, remembering bits and pieces of her previous life, what I want to do is tell a story about her growning up, about her falling in love about how she came to become Kushina in the naruto Manga (but alive ) then afterwards I want to tell Naruto's story as he is influenced by this Kushina. I guess the basics for this story is "Ranma raising Naruto" but I just don't want to put ranma their and start raising naruto (its been done), I want to give a very good story that was based on some fanfics where ranma was Kushina (queit a few got started after it was revealed Kushina was a redheaded Tomboy but they were never updated for a long time). This actually got evolved from a former idea where Ranma was Kyuubi's daugther and she comes back too her home dimension and decides to raise naruto because he's holding her Mom (it was based off a fanfic called "Kitsune" in the Ranma section but it was, meh), I hade an idea list of it but it kinda got deleted and was a bit complicated with the whole dimension traval (altough I might try it again)( It was also a Ranma X Iruka pairing ).

The one point that seems hand of god... you want it to happen thus you shoehorn it in

give the readers a reason for locking ranma as a girl , granted it doesn't have to be permanent but when story basically starts right of the bat with Locking ranma's curse and for little to no reason... (plot hammers aside)

BattleKrome: Ranma a girl and cause say so :p.......nah kidding, well Ranma's a girl cause I want to make her Kushina and be naruto's mother, and this story idea was created cause I want to tell how Ranma got to be Naruto's mother as I mentioned in the last post, you could consider the Ranma/Kushina's story the prequel and Naruto's story the one I wanna write but well....I got no idea what I'm going too write for it just yet so I'm writing Ranm/Kushina's part first. The part where she returns too Nerima would likely be a side story as I mentioned in the list.

chakra and ki are the same while the hand signs are just a tool for focusing one's mental energy ki does this through ones will alone. that is most likely what Kushina's special chakra ability was the ability to use chakra through sheer will

plus you have alot of things to work with in this fic

how will the ways ranma views martial arts play out with the way the naruto universe views it. in naruto taijutsu is pretty generic with alot of ninjutsu layered on top of it to cover it up. take tekken for example by itself its nothing more then a series of basic punches and kicks with a lot of raw strength and speed used to defeat its initial weakness. this is why i think the uchiha clan was so powerful the ninja's of the world while powerful and able to comeup with some great techniques lake the imagination of those in ranmas world so are easily secomed by there own techniques. place sasuke in nerima and while the ranma cast would be impressed with what the sharingan can do not in the sharingan itself. copying the moka takabisha or even the ha ryuu shoten ha wouldn't intimidate anyone.

then you have cortship a female ranma with the same personality would be different then a male ranma. will Minato be so powerful becuase of ranma. i can't see a female ranma liking some one weaker then her. they would have to be her equal or a little better to give her a challenge. (plus it would be funny to see her beating him up like when he first meets kakashi he has a black eye.

ranma's relationship with the uchihas and orochimaru i cant picture ranma liking them plus with them wanting her ability either through battle or marrige and not being able to get it. (copy any of my moves you want you'll never be able to beat me i know each technique like the back of my hand and can revised them anytime i want you think some copy cat can use my moves better then me)

Hey guess what, I think someone decided too use my Idea, cause I found a fic (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5428324/1/The_Trouble_With_Past_Lives) that is quite similar to my idea except it starts from the side story part of my idea, I PMed him/her about it to see if she/he actually got the idea from me (I'm not mad about it and if any one else likes this idea you can use it, but if you do can you mention me please Puppy Eye Attack).
