Ranma/FF11 Xover

Ranma & Genma at Jusenkyo
- Guide starts to tell pair that it's very dangerous, especially right now
- - Pair start the scripted fight anyways due to Genma's prodding
- Genma gets knocked into a pool but doesnt come out
- - Guide tells Ranma about the springs not reacting normally since "event" happened
- Ranma jumps into pool after a few minutes to save his father and finds pool deeper than suspected
- - Ranma searches around and downward until a wave of vertigo washes over him, causing him to expel most of his air
- - Ranma swims towards the surface and finds himself in an entirely differnt body of water than before

Ranma and Genma are transported to the FF11 world
- Ranma is now a Mithra with a Jusenkyo male/female water curse
- Genma arrived to the world of Vana'diel more than a year earlier than Ranma
- - Ranma heads off in search of Genma and a way back to their own home world, maybe even a way to become human/male once more
- Somewhere along the way, Ranma dables in magic, but still keeps things physical by continuing to train as a martial artist

I know it's not much, but I wanted to get interest levels on this idea and actually get it out of my head, in which it's been swimming for around 3 weeks. I have more thoughts on this, but I dont want to give away any further plot points than I have.

FIrst thing that came to mind reading this was Genma popping out as a Chocobo...

Sorry its not much help to your idea. But i don't think many here know a lot about ff11.
