Does she her own Mr. Biglesworth? Now not only a status symbol among the worlds premier super villians, but an elite weapon that generates an ARST (anti Ranma Saotome Terror) Field. Course would it lacking hair increase or decrease its Terror Field generation capabilities? I wonder if she subcontracts to the Kunos for creating her base defenses and obligatory nearly inescapable death traps. 'Must resist eating Kasumis cooking...ah to heck with it, if I can survive Akane's cooking, theres no poison she could put in here that could even phase me.'

Traps I can see Kasumi using in this environment:
Neko-ken pit (basically a starved Tiger pit)
Kitten pit (similar as above only normal house cats instead, used for little children and Ranma
Lazer Cat room (a room filled with normal house cats with lazer beams. the beams are switched on remotely after someone enters without a safety beacon)
Cat elevator (basically Kasumi has small hidden elevators that she can summon cats with (Explains where they came from in the Neko-ken arc when she calls them))
Training room (Dr. Tofu, need anything else be said)
Random Fiancee generator, with false contract printing capacity (a device that she can use to give fiancees to anyone, usually to cause them harm)
Yakuza intimadation room (used to scare her minions, uses mirrors and lenses to make her seem bigger and meaner)
'Cursed spring of drowned cat' water storage lake. (used to curse her minions into cats, its easer then to train cats into doing things to Ranma.)
With this much Cat related stuff around Ranma would be no threat... heh Laser cats...

This is still just a basic framework I've been kicking around, but still more detailed than what I had previously. I'll get straight to the point-- Kasumi, but evil.
First will come the obligitory tour of her organization, followed by the attempt to bring the world's premier martial artist to work for her, finishing with the pair being at odds; with the murder of innocents and all using giant engines of destruction fueld by evil magical energies of harvested souls. The dojo will be sort of a neurtral ground for both as the hostilities ramp up as neither is willing to reisk family, exposure and or mass property damage a conflict will create

Excuse me, you said she was evil not silly.
'Ranma, you will join my organization, or you will be marries to the Kunos tonight, note I said Kunos plural, also you will eat Akanes cooking for the rest of your life, which will cut down on my supply of bio-weapons, but sacrifices must be made.'

Of course the lemon possibilities are unbelievable, or if you wanted to keep it PG-13, you could just hint at them.

Here's a plot twist. It's vacation time so Ranmas not in school. He just spent the whole night spoiling one of Kasumi's plots, but is fustrated becuase all the badies got away. He stomps into the Tendo home only to find Kasumi nealing at the table a scoul of anger on her normal placid face. She's angry and fustrated because he keeps spoiling her plots.
Nether does anything because the Tendo compound is nuteral ground.
So they sit and glare at each other until Kasumi can't take anymore. She picks up a saki bottle that the fathers left out pours herself a cup, chugs it down in one gulp and slams the cup down on the table while glairing at Ranma. Ranma of course takes this as a challange, so he to pours a cup and chugs. They repeat this as the scean fades.
Next scean.
Dim early mornning light entering a bedroom. Low moans ecsape a pile of tangled cover on the bed. Suddenly to heads appear from under the covers. They stare at each other for a moment, then both check under the covers. Yep, Naked. As if by magic the find themselfs at oppisit sides of the bed trying to hold the covers over themselfs. Of course thats when they see the rings on each others ring fingers. They point at each other and shout as one. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME!" The noise of course awakens the rest of the family, who come running and barg in, not ony finding the couple in bed, Nabiki sees the marrage licence on the dresser. Bwaaaa,Haaa,Haaa! Now thats twisted.
