I suppose it's completely futile to ask about Chapter 3 of Tales of the FoxCat?

That is one very distubing Idea, and the amounts of chaos it would bring would be wonderfuly entertaining... The potential for all around violence is also very good... I can't wait for this fic to be written 8)

Where would the elevator be located at? Maybe he crashes into Kasumi's room and right at the elevator, somehow accidently activating the button or something?

I would pay to see this written to be quite honest. Well, not really, but I would do about anything short of that. Hell, I might write it myself if no one else does (maybe). Evil is a fascination of mine, and there is almost no good evil oriented fiction, and even less fanfiction.
Especially when it involves a main character--and even when they do, they get redeemed. It annoys the bloody hell out of me.

If you want good fiction about villains, try "Villains by Neccesity" by Eve Forward. It's a novel where the last surviving evildoers are in the moral right, and must save the world from the forces of good. Humorous light fiction, and they drop a tree on a village full of Smurfs.
If you want good ficiton about pure evil, try the "War of the Spider Queen" hexology, which was edited by R.A. Salvatore and written by six other authors. At one point, the main characters receive a prophecy that all but one of their members would betray the party (or some person in it) by the end of their quest. The wizard wonders which one of them is sleeping on the job (They're Drow. NOT betraying people when it is to their advantage is counter to their nature).

Sharks with lasers....
Does she her own Mr. Biglesworth? Now not only a status symbol among the worlds premier super villians, but an elite weapon that generates an ARST (anti Ranma Saotome Terror) Field. Course would it lacking hair increase or decrease its Terror Field generation capabilities? I wonder if she subcontracts to the Kunos for creating her base defenses and obligatory nearly inescapable death traps. Get to work. This idea won't write itself. In consolation for your hours of brutal slavery, you will be rewarded by good feedback. And maybe Kasumi will let you work in the food tasting department of her Corporation of Doom. :P

Interesting idea. I had a similar idea where Ranma discovers that Kasumi's really a sadist, and just hiding it from everyone. Doing little things like waiting for a lot of people to show up at Tofu's before entering, deliberately misenterpreting things that others say (like telling Akane about something Ranma said, but saying it in a way that makes Akane angry), and even, somehow (couldn't come up with anything), convincing Nabiki that she needs to be greedy. In short, she's the cause of all the problems with the Tendos. I couldn't come up with a way to do anything past that though. That, and I can't write :P . The best I could come up with was a one-shot that ended with Kasumi saying something that let Ranma know that she knew that Ranma knew about her, and could do absolutely nothing to let the others know, since they'd never believe him.
Good luck with your story.

Technically some of that is cannon. She really seems to be a sadist in the manga, like hanging cats off of a terrified Ranma, does seem to misunderstand often (a little too often), and also seems to have a problem with explaining things between Ranma and Akane to the point that it seems to cause occasional problems.

Is that with the requisite incompetance?
I mean for Kasumi to let Ranma just escape.
Though you are insistent on them having a "secret little fight"
It seems a bit "Best of Times"ish. Though this time with Kasumi trying (and repetately failing) to brainwash or control Ranma.
Meh.

I agree with Warg on that, Kasumi always came across as a sadist to me. Heh, Evil Kasumi is about the only way to make her halfway interesting so I would love to see this.

Yes, I quite agree with this line of thought. It's perfect. Kasumi is secretly an evil and sadistic super-genius bent on world domination. She's the one subtly making everyone in Nerima go insane. She does all those little things you mentioned, while seeming to be innocently oblivious to it all and instigating the problems furthur, the Kuno's are her primary chemical weapons victims-- err, I mean test subjects. She's purposefully making her family dependent upon her and causing them to slowly go crazy and turn to the line of evil, with absolute loyalty to her because she seems so darned nice.
Ever wondered how anyone can be _too_ nice? Well, the Amazons have her figured out, and they're scared shit of her. She has them blackmailed into not telling anyone, threatening to blow up their village if they try something. Colonge allready tried to defeat Kasumi, but discovered she is equiped with all sorts of high tech concealed weaponry (Kodachi tests a lot of stuff for her) and is a master of martial arts housekeeping. Her whole innocent child turned premature housewife minus the wife bit is actually part of her cover and a form of advanced training, she's doing all that hard work most of the day, cooking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, ect. And is secretly wearing weights under her clothes.
Remember that little oni that possessed people and the worst thing it could make her do was sew crossdresser on the back of Ranma's shirt? Well, that wasn't it at all. Kasumi was allready so evil and devious that it barely changed her.
You ever wonder what happened to the Tendo girls' mother? Kasumi staged an 'accident' when her mother discovered she was an evil super-genius to prevent her from stopping her or telling anyone.
Ever notice how Kasumi often seems the one to accidentally do something that ends up with an annoyed Ranma getting turned into a girl or having to wear girls' clothing? Nope, that's on purpose.
You know that little old lady with the ladle that splashes Ranma on the way to school? She's not real, she's a robot under Kasumi's control meant to spy on people that Kasumi programmed to splash Ranma and record Ranma's reactions to getting splashed.
Ever wonder why Happosai never gropes Kasumi? Well, he doesn't realize the evil genius bit, but he approves of her little bits of sadism and her oblivious housewife facade. He can't drain her excess ki because he can only drain that of innocent girls, where Kasumi's ki is filled with malevolent intent that exceeds his own.
Who earns the real money in the Tendo household? Kasumi, Soun does some troubleshooting and works for the City Council, but Kasumi sneaks the real money in pretending it's life insurance from her mother and intrest from various Tendo holdings, when in actuality, it's just the tip of the iceberg of her huge criminal syndicate earnings. She commands most of the crime lords in China, Japan, and Russia. Kuno's seem rich? What do they do? Nothing, Kasumi keeps the district distracted and poorly policed by giving the Kunos enough to run nearly everything.
Most of the town's problems are her fault. Ever wonder why Ranma runs into so much trouble. Kasumi's been trying to find ways to kill Ranma 'accidentally' or have someone else kill him for ages. Her agents have been provoking past people Genma pissed off and giving them Ranma's location, she's been indirectly directing Ranma to all sorts of crazies likely to kill him or dangerous magical sites or whatnot.
Ranma is the cog in the wheel of her plans. He's starting to break down different people's conditoinings, is suprisingly mentally resilient, and inherently heroic. Kasumi feels threatend by Ranma, who's girl form's beatuy is greater than her own beauty, and has a great capacity for good, and a potential to exceed Kasumi in fighting skills. Kasumi's smart enough to make sure she isn't directly implicated, she's been teaching Akane to 'cook', and setting things up so Akane feeds Ranma, in hopes of killing him by poisoning. Ranma is unpredictable, and seems to thrive more the more she tries to kill him, wrapping the whole town up in an obsession with him, basically causing Kasumi's plans to get Ranma killed to backfire.
