During a usual chase scene, of nearly half of the NWC and usual nuisances of Nerima, pursuing Ranma-chan Principal Kuno not paying close attention ends up shaving a young girl bald. That girl turns out to be one of the Daughters of the Emperor of Japan. That leads to a full investigation assault charges and finally Principal Kuno not only losing his job but imprisoned on Imperial orders as a danger to society.

Problem is this happened during school break just before Principal Kuno was to meet with the directors and faculty of Kodachi's school to make restitution and payment for her next term. And her Reputation from her Gymnastic exploits has made all the schools reluctant to accept her. Furinkan gets her due to the fact that its the closest non-private school of her academic level.

This takes place in Nabiki and Tatewaki's last year. But the first year without any teachers having to fear for their jobs if they don't humor the Kendoist. Nor now his sister.

Obviously this is after the Failed Wedding. So how will this situation play out? Without an acting Head of Clan what will happen to the influence of the House of Kuno or was the Emperor's daughter getting Insulted enough to make it irredeemable already?

I'd love to see someone write a fic or few based off of this. However you want the Fiancee mess to go after the failed wedding its all up to whomever picks this up but I couldn't avoid asking to see it.

Maybe even having Shampoo attend the school could be fun too.

Somehow, this is going to end in Ranma having to marry either the Emperor, or his bald daughter.

Oh ouch. I didn't even think of those two as possibilities. Got a great laugh from it though.

Interesting enough concept. I don't know how much change the lack of the loon at the top would change though. Before he returned and with things not directly relating to a Kuno Furinkan hasn't exactly been overly on top of discipline. Barring that concern and following your premise would that mean most of the fights that take place there and some of the other chaos would be forced to quiet down as well? I'm not sure how exactly you manage to do that and keep the story true to it's source material. Kodachi being forced to attend doesn't add much for me. I mean with a neutered Tatewaki already adding in another crazed loon doesn't seem to give you much to grow out with. Adding Shampoo, Ryouga, etc. though i could see having some real possibilities.

If the story is going to focus on the Kuno's though what do you have planned? Forcing psychological evaluations, destruction of their funds? I could see Tatewaki acting as muscle for Nabiki to make ends meet. Maybe Kodachi as well. That could be a pretty interesting little story.

The real question though is what's the plan? It could be an interesting concept but I only see a beginning to the story. A little bit of the journey to get to the resolution would be pretty important in filling this in some more. The Emperors involvement in the story as a whole along with political pressure could be very interesting I just kind of need to see more of a picture here.

Do you see Kodachi as someone who has ever had to moderate her own behavior for any reason? And just because the Faculty no longer has their jobs on the line does that mean they have courage enough to stop martial artists that have clearly demonstrated their ability to turn even steel into piles of shards and dust?

The Kuno Clan siblings no longer have clout nor protection. That doesn't mean they will instantly accept an authority below the Emperor because of it.

With fewer protections from the real world I'm wondering how someone who picks up this idea will run with it. That is why I didn't state out a plot beyond this. I'd really like it to go all the way until when Nabiki Graduates (She's the only one I'm certain will make it through the school year.)

It could even be used for crossovers depending on what else you want to bring in to make things more complicated. And don't forget they still have Miss Ninomiya on the staff. Brought in specifically to deal with delinquents. Now she gets to use her own choice on who is delinquent not just going by Principals orders. What will that mean for the Kunos?

I'm just trying to set a stage I want to see what others make of the props available.

How did the City Council that Soun sits on react to the disgrace of one of the most prominent families in the Ward? How does this effect the area and do shop owners or other families in Nerima end up reacting to the loss of face this casts on all to associate with them?
