Combining Uniforms, How to make a Fuku similar to this?

They both have good ideas that could theoreticly be blended together and get the ideas comming from this Fanart to show another way to make it work.

A few comments on Sailor Paper:

1: She should be wearing glasses. They're a major part of Yomiko's character, as they originally belonged to her dead lover, the previous Agent Paper. She thinks that by wearing them that they can still read together.

2: I'd change the cut of the top slightly to show more clearly that the brown part is a vest over a white top.

3: Does the collar indicate that she's wearing a bow on her chest and a necktie?

4: If there isn't a battle going on, she'd be reading that book.

Sailor Sweet Loli = Pompom all over again, but easier to manage... somewhat.

I'm not sure if it's because the ability to use paper as a weapon is great, but I do love the Sailor Paper outfit.

Senshi Otome: I've never seen Mai Otome *That's the series, right*. The outfit is superb though.

Good idea. The vest has been changed and yes she is wearing a tie beneath the bow.

btw - the Kanji on her bow translates as book.

She's just closed the book to close the book on some bad dude.
( the translation of the kanji on the book is supposed to be shosetsu (pronounced with a long o {shousetsu}) - which my dictionary translates as novel/fiction/literature and dear old babelfish translates as small reading)

somewhat - pink and all that - the major differences are the platform boots and the parasol rather than pompoms.

If he had a choice he wouldn't touch any of it. And as she can't really see the ears they shouldn't bother him.

I was actualy thinking more of the Cat ball on the tip of the Parrisol. It's a detail that's hard to miss forever. And because that is there I thought that the symbol in the bow was most likely just as feline.

The image on her bow is just a smiley face. (Though from this angle we can't see if it has ears or not)

The ball is only vaguely feline - the only feline bits are the ears - and they aren't quite positioned correctly to be a cat.

I'm sure, that with a bit of thought a reasonable explanation could be given, such as: she's only afraid of live cats and not images (fits with canon); she likes the idea of hitting bad guys with a cat; that in senshi sweet loli form she's not afraid of cats.
