Oh dear God! That's horrible. Look at those high heels. I'm pretty sure that's a senshi uniform Ranma would accept, even if it's horrible.

Great pic but there's one thing. It looks like the footwear is all part of the same chainmail as is on the legs. While it might be possible to make those leggings with the underfoot only heel style I think it might need a bit more material in the upper foot to stay in place.

Also this is Ranma I'd think the Rampant Boar would fit better with Ryouga.

Another horrible idea: Disco Fever Senshi (fuku that looks like Travolta's clothes from Saturday Night Fever or similar flashy 70s clothes à la Austin Powers), or maybe a Ghost Rider senshi (Biker outfit)

Good catch - it's funny the things that get lost in translation from pencil sketch to final version.
The straps for the shoes were in my pencil sketch.
