They've been resized for her, more or less. I didn't mean she was wearing Kevin's actual clothes - he's obviously fairly taller than her (with shoulders that are more broad). :D Just approximates.

Still might want to do a few changes to accommodate form changes. Like tieing the pants legs to keep them from slipping under shoe and while I wouldn't suggest her swimming in it the jacket should have enough material to fit Ranma's male form. Maybe also tuck in the T shirt and have it clearly still drape below the waist line of the pants because of how much shorter her Torso is than Male form's body. Her chest doesn't fully cover that difference.

Nah. :)

This was done mostly as a just-for-fun/homage sketch. If I were to approach the idea seriously, I'd insist upon giving Ranma a completely different outfit. There's no other real reason for him/her to be wearing those clothes. :P

(tries to remember how common water is in Videoland...)

Hot water almost doesn't exist but cold... Ice is rather prevalent and can you honestly say you can't imagine the curse exploiting Melt as an effective trigger?

I wouldn't say it's that rare... I do remember a giant-bathtub scene with Donkey Kong. That's got to be a lot of warm/hot water, right there. :)

(Or maybe that IS why warm or hot water's so rare in Videoland... )

We even have the same scene in mind for the only incidence I could think of for Hot/warm Water showing up in the entire series.

I think there were one or two scenes with Simon in the shower. But, you'd certainly expect a certain princess to want to stay clean as much as possible... :)

Of course, there were certain other game-specific water locations, like the bayou.

Where you get attacked by all sorts of things and although the complaint about the air is that it is hot and humid you still see anyone splashed by the water shaking as if it is cold not just trying to dry off.

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, the weight of the Eva on the bow should lower it enough for the bow to be awash if not entirely under water.

Spokavriel wrote: And here I was just thinking, even if they flooded some of the lower rear compartments to balance out the weight the Evangellion should at least be kneeling to easier combat icebergs. Its not like they have long distance weaponry that would be effective after all.

For it to be more effective the EVA should be seated right at the prow, armed with an upscaled M61 Vulcan type gun.

As depicted the EVA is as likely to fall overboard to one side or the other, possibly capsizing the ship, or fall backwards smashing the length of the ship.

It would also make for a more centered position extending an AT field shield. But what would happen to unprotected humans inside the Evangellion's AT field? Third impactesque mess?

Hmm, a red tide inside.

However, given the positioning of the EVA here's what might happen:

There was a rending of metal as the ship could no longer stand the weight of the look out and it broke through all the decks and through the keel.
Momentarily it was held up by its outstretched arms before they too tore through the hull and separated the bow from the rest of the ship on the way to the bottom.

Fortunately the watertight doors on this ship went from keel to top deck and the rest of the ship was safe . . .

Unfortunately the umbilical power cord was still attached to the EVA . . .

So it didn't sink but it was anchored to a dead Evangellion.

And that's the bottom line 'cause Dumbledork said so.

I was at the Brony panel at Diversicon yesterday. (It felt rather like a support group meeting.) I may or may not go Brony (or Pegasister) but if I do, I find myself strangely attracted to garb not unlike a raging Ursa Minor.
