I'm guessing your not the writer for "Princess of the Moon"?
Maybe you should contact that person first, and ask them if any fanart was ever made.

"Princess of the Moon" Ranma fic
I was able to find a list of sites... one of which was http://shi_hanna.tripod.com/
the website for the fic which has the writer's contact info.
Of course if you'd have read this fic you would have to have read it online... which stronly implies knowing some way to contact the person
