It is time for a brand spanking new RP. Remember the thing that got this particular section of the Forum started, the Ranma RP. This time I'd like to collaborate with a few other people on a general storyline ahead of time, but the basic background is the following:
Ranma, the amazing multiversic person that he is, has been pulled from one of YOUR stories and placed into a canon Ranma/SM world.
RP Requirements: Well you have to have at least a Ranma idea.

The rest will unfold as we tell it. Once we have enough people, I'll make the first RP post. Maybe this will get your creative juices flowing, and maybe, just maybe we'll all be putting out fics on this.

Nah, it doesn't matter if you've only got a prologue posted. The only rule is that it has to be Ranma Where in the story and what has been done to him is up to you.
Personally I'm using my Ranma from Ranma no Jinchuuriki this time around.

Appearance changes (From canon Ranma): Red and blue fured fox girl with red and blue hair worn long. She wears a red and black filght outfit.
Basic Ability List: uses a few ki attacks but hasn't used teh art since she was changed and invented new ki attacks to use. She also is a telepat hand a empath making her very intune with the world around her
Minor Summary of Ranma's changes from canon (Or how he is in your fic.): She is more laid back and doesn't stick her foot in her mouth. She been with the star fox team since her change. Just recently along with teh star fox team and help from teh sailor scouts they defeated Andross who had taken control over earth and its system while she left the planet with Nodoka, Uyko, Shampoo, Nabiki, and Kasumi. She become a great pilot in their eyes even thou she doesn't fight with the art anymore. She usaly carries a laser blaster at her side. Also due to the new curse she got she can't die but shared it with those close to her so she will not lose those dear to her. She carrys a ocarina with her which she enjoys playing as well as a computer on her left wrist that has a un tested programe on it to give her a human apprance as well as stored data from the war so she can study it and learn what not to repeat in the future.

Story: A Deep and Dreadful Darkness
Appearence changes: None
Basic Ability list: Everything Ranma can normally do, plus telekinesis, telepathy and the ability to feel Warp based phenomena. Can also engage in 'out of body' combat with incorporeal entities. Also bears a force staff and the Daemon sword Gal'narzyl'shal.
Minor summary of Ranma's changes from canon: The battle at pheonix mountain attracted some unsavory attention; Daemons. Just how an Imperial Inquisitor ended up on Holy Terra in the past is a mystery, but it was clear that the Daemons were being drawn here for a reason, and that reason was a powerful psyker named Ranma.
With the Emperor not able to provide protection and guidence, it fell upon Inquisitor Lariss to aid the aforementioned psyker and his friends, many of whom were psykers themselves, against the Warp beasts. In the course of this battle, the boy Ryoga and the girl Akane were possessed by Khornate Daemons, and Ranma's male form proved highly susceptable to Daemonic taint, becoming locked in a permanent berserk rage. Fortunately, his female form was much less vulnerable. The taint gave Ranma an explosive temper in female form, but did not drive him berserk. Thus, Ranma voluntarily locked himself in female form until a cure for this second curse could be found.
This taint was bestowed upon Ranma by a Greater Daemon, Gal'narzyl'shal. This Bloodletter was the Daemon leading the incursion onto Earth, attracted by the power used at Pheonix Mountain. Too powerful for Ranma and his allies to kill, it was within their power to bind him within a force sword, and thus reduce the threat he posed. Ranma was chosen to bear the damned blade, due to her current resistance to Chaos corruption. It was as the final blow was struck that....
(The cliff hanger is to give me an opening to slide Ranma into the universe the RP takes place in. All sorts of wierd stuff happens when you bind Greater Daemons.)

Name: Ranma
Story: Ranma no Jinchuuriki
Basic Ability List: Basic Academy Jutsu along with about twenty other jutsu. This is all in addition to his martial arts skill after the manga. He also has the fourth strongest Bijuu, Niibi no Nekomata, sealed within him. She will also use her influence when Ranma is caught in any tight situations.
Appearance changes: None, except when Nekomata chakra begins to flow through, then slightly catlike in appearance does Ranma become.
Minor summary of Ranma's changes from canon: Shortly after Ranma learned the Neko-ken, he was starting to be possessed by the spirit of the dead Nekomata. However, the Ninja guarding the shrine was able to seal that spirit within the young boy. After this, the manga went unchanged. About two weeks after the failed wedding Ryoga attacked once more, this time with the aid of Orochimaru's cursed seal. (As for how he got it, well you'll have to wait a couple of chapters to find out.) Taken to the Villiage Hidden Under the Rising Sun, Ranma met the Tenkage who offered him a position as a ninja, in exchange he would exert his influence to clean up the engagement mess. It was a short while after this that Ranma found out that the Tenkage was none other than His Imperial Highness, Emperor Akihito.
Ranma accepted this, but the families and some of the fiancees did not. Akane on the other hand had decided a short while after the wedding that she and Ranma were better as friends, though she did ask for training from him. Once Ranma was given his first mission as a genin, a C-Rank mission of showing three people around Tokyo, he met the new love of his life, Sabaku no Temari. Yes, the three people he was showing around were Sabaku no Temari, Sabaku no Kankuro, and the recently crowned Kazekage, Sabaku no Gaara.
It wasn't for a while, but after this, Ranma was going to escort them back to their villiage, before coming back to Tokyo. The other ninja villiages exist in what would seem to be another dimension with a special jutus used for hopping between them. This allows trade and other things between the ninja countries and Japan. However, something went wrong in the transport, and now the four of them have been sent to Kami knows where...

that still leaves me with two possibles ranma's.
Sailor Santa or Ranma no Kyuubi
If you already have an idea for plot, Kyuubi Ranma is an artic version of a ninetailed kitsune taiyokai. easily capable of changing the weather to blizzareds in a larger area.
so maybe too powerfull for this.

I'd suggest using Santa-chan. After all, a Kyuubi no Kitsune and a Nekomata don't mix that well.

Santa has dimensional abbilities.
I going to use the "I felt like coming here was importand so I'm going to stay here until everything is taken care of" approach.
