Yes she does. Susan was born in Sto-Helit and educated in Quirm, but in Hogfather she worked as a governess in Ankh-Morpork, and in Thief of Time she was working there as a school teacher. She may be a Duchess, but she never seems to spend any time in the city she's supposedly in charge of.

Chibi-Usa we can skip, but nobody's come up with a good Jupiter.

Possibilities for Dark Generals: Lord Hong, Carcer, Teatime, Wolfgang.

How about a Stargate:SG1 / House: MD crossover?

In season 1, episode 2 of Stargate, one of the soldiers (a suvivor of the movie) gets a gou'ald in his head, and they try to remove it via sugery. It doesnt work, and the guy ends up getting killed.

BUT:

In the episode, the General tells the doctor "Anyone you need to assist. Anyone in the world. You just tell me, and they'll be here in 24 hours"

What if the doctor called in House and his cronies? Afterwards, considering what they've seen, and how good they are, the House crew take up new jobs at Stargate command.

Coin is a much better parallel for Saturn. Small child, carries a magic staff, enough magical power to defeat every God in Discworld at once without breaking a sweat, most of his life controlled by a malicious spirit (of his father, who haunts the staff), it matches.

If you want a truly screwy choice for Jupiter you could pick Nobby. Or the Librarian.

If you go multiple seasons worth here, the Auditors would be a better choice for Chaos (or rather, Order, since that's what they represent), than Metallia.

If Rincewind doesn't end up as Venus, he could take the role of Naru. Getting into mortal peril and running away from it on a regular basis is how his life works.
