Here's a whacked-out idea:

What do you get when you cross the seven dolls of the Rozen Maiden with the Doll Master Evangeline A.K. McDowell?

Pure chaos. And many opportunities for hilarity.

In the Slayers universe, the history of the city of Sairaag states that an incredibly destructive monster was defeated by a swordsman wielding a sword whose blade was made of pure light, and that a magical tree was planted on the spot the monster was defeated.

Does anyone familiar with the plot of Tenchi Muyo find this familiar?

What if the monster was Ryoko, the Swordsman of Light was Yosho, and the magical tree was Funaho?

That would be a dragon-half fusion, right?

Yes, it would be Dragon Half, but I don't think it would be a fusion, as Mink really would have been the one to have drowned, I think it is sort of a regular crossover. Mink's world would have been Ranma's world's ancient history and perhaps Mink and her friends were involved in the creation of Jyuusenkyo accidentally. Obviously this series would be a comedy.

What if Shampoo, shamed by the fact that she couldnt kill Ranma, and had fallen in love with her male form (this is set right after Ranma tricks Shampoo into thinking he is a girl, and she leaves), didnt return to the Amazon villaige?

Too ashamed of herself to let her grandmother see her, Shampoo runs away to the only other Amazon she knows of who doesnt live in China- Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman takes Shampoo in, and eventually Shampoo joins the Teen Titans as Wonder Girl.

I Don't think Light is old enough to be an Uncle, But maybe a Cousin. And could you imagine Nanoha-Tachi going to the Digital world alongside Yagami Taichi and Hikari?

Coma again? An uncle can easily be as young or even younger than his niece. Maybe you mean that his parents aren't old enough to be the parents of one of Hayate's parents, but I'm not convinced of that either. At least his father looks old enough for me.
Not that there is any basis for thinking they are all likely to be since they don't have the same family name. (Light's being written as night-god while Hayate's [and Iori's for that matter] is eight-god[s])

As said by Ezvir, an uncle can be as young as or younger than his niece, an example would be the uncle's (and whichever side parent) having one kid at 20 years old (who had their own kid at 20) and another at 45 resulting in a younger uncle.

As for a random idea that'll likely never be done and are less than half made up:

Ranma/Saint Tail crossover

Detective Asuka (along with his men) manage to catch Genma trying to steal something (possibly by complete accident since from what little I've seen he doesn't seem like a great detective). Takes pity on Ranma (about the same age as Meimi at the time so keeps him around until his mother can be found or something), insert plot device of challenge/trying to beat Asuka Jr or something to catch Saint Tail and possibly have him find out her identity.

Note that I said less than half made up. It proberly wouldn't make a very good fic. Based on the kind of common someone-adopts-someone for better life type of fic, only twisted so he's older than most of them, he's not being 'improved' or particularly taken care of and is proberly in more danger since chasing Saint Tail means being around thiefs. Also strange for a Ranma fic since there's no mention of romance whatsoever.

AA! My goddess/Haruhi Cross where Kyon is a 1,1,U (who has no idea he is) that has somehow promoted 2 girls to 2,2,L states. Yes Haruhi is one of them...

Ranma/Haruhi Fusion where Ranma is pretending to be a non-combatant to hide from his fiancees, His friend from furrinkan is Daisuke (replaces Taniguchi) who perpertrates the Kyon name to both help Ranma and as black mail material if he needs it. For further twist the name Kyon actually refers to a place where Ranma made the decision to bolt from. Also the little sister and her family are "friends of friends" for added spice, make add in AA! MG and make her Skuld sent to keep him in check...
