Ranma cast's evil ranking

Because I consider Tatekawai a bully and would-be rapist.He always thinks that whatever he does is honorable because "he's a noble samurai".To paraphrase Edna Mode,however-
"NOBLE SAMURAI?HAH!THERE'S NOTHING NOBLE ABOUT HIM!"
As for Cologne,she only gets a 3.5 because she sometimes helped out Ranma.Otherwise she would have got a 4,same as Shampoo.

What makes you think he is a would-be rapist? I consider unwanted hugs and gropes more rude then rape. It is likely all the guys(Kuno also) in the morning foghts let Akane win.

Zwzn is putting unwanted hugs and groping on a scale ranging between being rude to a girl and raping her; he's not saying groping is more rude than rape is--if it was, I don't think we'd have support groups and such set up to help the victims--he's saying it's much closer to being rude than being sexual assault, and on this point I disagree with him.

Groping a girl is a severe violation of her personal space. Being rude to a girl in my book constitutes a lot of things, but feeling her up when she hasn't asked you to is sexual harassment in my book, and it's only a few short steps from there to becoming rape.

Hmmm... a 3.5 rating was originally meant for "Unhinged and Sometimes Dangerous Bruiser", or someone that will murder in the case of being really justifiably pissed at someone, but if we're going to talk about a more general not only violence base, then I suppose we need a different definition.

3.5 - "Highly Questionable" - Starts out nasty but due to feelings of guilt and/or other outside concequences becomes a better person and at times helpful.

Some I'm thinking may belong on this are: Ryoga, Mousse, Cologne, Konatsu

We also may want some sort of distinction for the "Nasty" rating between someone who is willing to murder/seriously hurt an innocent, and someone who is willing to simply do a less nasty thing, like put them in in an uncomfortable position. Wouldn't you all say?

In the MANGA, does Tatewaki evern intentionally grope anyone? As opposed to the accidental groping when he and Ranma fell into the school pool. I know he chases after Akane and Ranma, but has he ever gone further than that (not counting being deliberately led on by Ranma)?

But I suppose I sort of could argue he may be a 4 either way, simply because he does attack Ranma only because he is engaged to Akane. That's the same mentality Shampoo or Mousse have, just justified with a delusion that he's "slaying the evil Saotome" that's "enslaving his beloveds".

I consider there to be a huge difference between what Stick Boy does and Rape. He has had chances to rape Ranma, but did not as I recall.

Kasumi and Dr. Tofu are lower then they should be. Kasumi was helping to put CATS on Ranma, and does other things.

The paralizing Ranma when he knew Akane was beating Ranma, so Ranma might see her in a better light puts higher then a two as well.

Saffron might fit a 4.5.

Herb likely fit a 3.25

Happosai and Kodachi would fit the 4.5 category. (Happosai isn't 5 because he at least tried to help children and Kodachi is insane which keeps her from the 5).

Dr Tofu and Kasumi I think should be in the 2.5 mostly harmless.

Silly me, completely forgetting about Saffron and Herb. Although, last I remember their original ratings by Mr. Anderson were:

Herb - 4
Saffron - 5

What are everyone's arguments against these?

Kodachi is insane which keeps her from the 5

Maybe, although I'm not sure if I like the idea of excusing her behavior due to insanity any more than I like the idea of excusing Shampoo's due to being from a bizarre culture or Konatsu's due to being a doormat for his ugly step family. But I still say she's not quite a 5, simply due to the fact that she has if I'm right shown the ability to be a very well-mannered lady at times, and like Shampoo never actually went as far as killing the other girls to keep them from entering the rhythmic gymnastics tournament. Also keep in mind that she never seems to take that much of a grudge against Akane herself in the "fiancee wars".
