during the Romeo and Juliet storyline when kuno got ranma chan drunk she instantly went into the drunken fist so i was wondering was that a conditioned reflex like rock lee or was she aware of what she was doing.

He certainly didn't act like that when he got drunk at the end of the hot springs race, so I would say that he knew what he was doing. He was following the rule of funny.

I would guess that it is both a reflex and she was aware. I would say reflex since Ranma has probably trained to, or has it as a conditioned response, to defend against attacks at all times but even though drunk she was still somewhat aware of her actions.
