[Fatuous One]

I briefly mentioned this before in a PM, but I decided to just ask in the proper forum.
Could the rules be re-uploaded? I know the site is busy enough as it is just getting back up, but it would be helpful to any new residence, and even regulars. A quick review at times doesn’t hurt, if you can’t quite remember something but don’t want to bother the mods.
