Question about Squigs

Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask this sort of question, but I couldn't think of anyplace else to do it. In the "Monsters of the Old World" sourcebook for the Warhammer Fantasy RPG, all of the various critters come with small snippets of fluff text. In the entry on Squigs, part of the Greenskins chapter, one of these fluff snippets is a commentary from a merchant who trades with Goblins and has thusly eaten Squig meat on more than one occasion. To his surprise, it is so good that he has actually started a business selling Squig meat to various roadside inns and the like- though his customers don't know what the meat actually is.

My question is: can anyone who has this book post the fluff text I'm thinking of here? Or at least tell me how he describes Squig meat flavor & texture? I no longer have access to the book, so I can't look it up for myself.
