It's not Bleach nor Urusei Yatsura. Wish I could get MPC to take bigger screenies. Hm. Anyways, here's a first clue:

It's been compared rather favorably to the first arc of Bleach, before it went down the crapper.

Then again, there's also been comparisons to Naruto and Inu-Yasha due to certain plot elements... hm... why did I like this again?

yeah, it is ga-rei zero. thought the first screenie would've been a dead give away seeing as it was such a very dramatic scene. thinking mayeb the tiny image size of MPC might've made it tougher than it should've been though

The Critique of Pure Reason is important? I once again clearly don't know the show. But I wish people would stop with that whole "I know it but I don't wana say" thing. If you know it but don't want to go again immediately why not just say it and leave it open for whomever wants to post the next pic? It's not like anyone is keeping score.

The color palette still and character design still makes me think it's something by Bones. Xam'd?

My other thought is that it has a certain feeling of Go Nagai, but I can't recall anything recent by him.

It's not by BONES and it isn't Xam'd, Frog. Also, Go Nagai is not involved in any capacity that I'm aware of.

Considering you know that it's very recent, were I to divulge the producer, I think that would give it away, so I'll restrain myself by saying that it's a twenty-six episode TV series, based on a recent and ongoing manga.
