Cute secondary character in one of my favorite series. They all stand out in their own special way. I don't think this will be too hard.

Looks fairly recent, and while the background and clothes suggests an 'older adventure/action setting' I can't help but feel like it's more to do with magic, and space......*shrugs* It's just me I guess....

I've got the series and I've not seen that screen..... I would have said .hack//dust.... but I doubt that's it either.... sheesh I can't tell who that is....

Rei-chan is correct.
Pic is of Viola from Kiddy Grade. Future/space type series. Main characters are part of a black ops organization that does undercover investigations and arrests, among other things. Powers, personal ships, and mech support. In that picture, Viola is actually riding the mech (red and black bars along the bottom) but its cropped to not show.

Is it any good? Yes very much so. I highly recommend it to just about anyone with any interest in the genre. Alright I suppose that means I am up yes? Very well.
