That's not Onegai Teacher... I know I haven't seen it, but it looks like a school-based anime. Looks fairly new too. I'm thinking something along the lines of Azumanga Daioh or School Rumble... It's neither of those tho.

It's neither of those guys, but (Hench)Kitty is right about it being of a rather recent vintage. So, your first clue is that it's not even two years old.
