Sorry blowing up a bomb centered on Tokyo Tower viewing it from south of Tokyo Bay is kinda well too vague.
I really like that cat but the detail in the mech hand tells me I have not seen this one.

Vexhille it ain't; that's entirely CGI, and those pics aren't. Even though I'm fairly certain it's wrong, I want to say Jin Roh.

Okay... Artistic wise it looks like GitS... So the animation was done by I.G.... So what else have they done? Well... post GitS (which I'm guessing this is) that's quite a list. We can loose all the non-mecha ones tho.
