Okay, I will put up another pic from the series later today if no one has gotten it by then. The clue is that all the action in this series takes place in a dreamscape. I think that pretty much is handing the answer out, but maybe not.

Mmm, it's an anime that features Japanese folktale monsters in a high-school setting. They're humanoid adaptations, but they're all based on Japanese 'spooks.'
