You could explain it more easily and realistically with imcompotent writers failing to write a story.
It's not a character driven show, it's plot driven. The series isnt about the teams of ES members, and how they interact. It's about an operative who realizes that she isnt on the side of good, and the corupt system that she's been enforcing.
It is a character driven show. The main focus is on Ecclairé throughout the show.
Alv is every bit as bad as Magneto (commics)(except the illigitimate children), and he's been around for decades, in 3 comic series, 2 (soon to be 3) cartoon series, and 3(soon to be 4) movies.
You can't compare them. Magneto has been defined as a villain from issue one and he also had a solid backstory that show why he does the things he do. In contrast they just pushed Alv and Dvergr when they realised they don't have any good villain, or when they deciced not to make Eclipse a villain.
No lamer than Ghost in the Shell: Standallone Complex
What are you talking about? The ending has more sugarcoating than Wedding Peach and is also a great cop-out.
(not calling GITS bad, I'm calling KG good.)
Thus insulting GITS and every other good animes.
