Spamville Comic 1.5

A special comic aside to Crescent Pulsar who didn’t feel at all accurately represented by certain lecherous antics during his initial appearance. Your grievances have been acknowledged!

Suffice it to say that if you haven’t seen The Blues Brothers, you haven’t a haemophiliac’s chance at a vampire convention of getting this.

Now that that's been (however unsuccessfully) addressed, back to our regularly scheduled comic!

I think you did a good job on the car. Not everyone drawing cars can be Chip Foose after all. Although I think the Blues Bros. Reference might have been clearer if you could have worked in some mention of Getting the Band back Together.

Then again which band would you be getting together and could that possibly give Himi more to worry about?

Edit: Oh almost completely forgot to add it but I felt that Crescent was well in character. But how Punny can you get in a single page of a comic?

This doesn't count anywho, Mitsu. This is what you might call an addendum or coda to the first comic. But you have not appeared in an addendum for the first time

I just had this scene and idea pop into my head this morning and it wasn't going away until I drew it. I never intended for any sustained Blue Brothers (as good as it is) reference.

Thanks muchly! And I thought Celeste was fairly punny during his brief appearance in the first strip... Okonomiyaki vs. pancakes? It was crying out for a pun.

Which I suppose makes me the somewhat perverted one

Neko- Next time try extending only you middle most claw. I use to know a cat named Ginger that pulled it off quite easily and I'm pretty sure she was doing it on purpose too.
