Searching for a fic I really liked

I am looking for a fanfic that I had read awile ago. I can't recall the title or author, but it may have been something like 'Phoenic Rising'. The summary is as follows:
Ranma is in Jubaan trying to buy some stuff in peace, when he is attaced by just about the entire NWC. Finally he is malleted into a fountain by Akane and is pulled out by Ami, who gives CPR and gets him to the hospital. When he wakes, Ami's mom takes him in and helps him start over w/o Genma and the Tendo's. The senshi help him to accept his female side, which includes using the SM Crystal and good old fashioned affection. Very funny scenes during Sex-Ed for both male and female sides (Doctors can be very brutal and direct to make sure that EVERYONE understands )
Ranma ends up as a Senshi of one of Jupiter's moons (I think) and accidentally soul-bonds with Hotaru. Later he begins to understand Senshi magic and teaches them how to modiffy their spells and attacks. Ranma and Hotaru travel to the US to try and find Mamoru who isn't answering his calls, as well as Chibi-Usa who was visiting her father.
Pleae, any help finding this story would be greatly appreciated.

The story is one of my favourites. Pure genius. And I hope the author will finish it. There are too many great unfinished fics out there.

That sounds very similar to Permutation by gsteemso, also on FF.Net.
The using Crystal, affection, and being connected to one of Jupiter's moons, anyway.
EDIT: Seems like they've taken it (Phoenix Rising) off.
