looking for ranma is setsuna fic

I'm looking for a fic where ranma starts off being the reincarnation of setsuna, but only having half her soul until he gets the thrown into the nyaaniichuan for the first time and gets the other half of her soul from there as well as looking just like her.
I cant quite remember what the title was and its been bugging the hell outta me tryin to find it. If anyone can help I would greatly apprecitate it.

Could it be Streams of Time, by Mageohki? I seem to remember that it has a Ranma looking like Setsuna and being her reincarnation, however I might be thinking about another fic.

No, sorry, those arent quite it. The one I'm thinking wasn't first person and had ranma just knowing through memories, that she'd been having all her life but never understood until Jusenkyo, what and who she was. It also has ranma return to Japan and tell her mother everything. Sorry if I'm a bit vague but its been a really long time since I read it so its kinda fuzzy.
