I'm looking for the fic where Ranma and Kasumi have evil talking dolls and introduce them to each other. It's only a small part of the story but it's funny so i remember it the best.

Oh, that one. I remember reading it too. Sadly I don't remember the author either.
However, I suspect that the author might be one of these: Kestral/Metroamine, Carrotglace or WFRose.

Huh... the one I remember is not by Metroanime or those others.

Yes, it's that one. And the authors I listed was obviously guesses based on what I remembered from the writing style.
