It was a fanfic that I think was called "Titan" it was only a draft. think it might be one a webpage that had a Key Metal Idol Fanfic. In this fanfic Ranma meet Hotaro in the park. Ranma make friend with her in his girl form and Hotaro invite her to live with her and the outers. Pluto know who Ranma is but has made not plans for him and does not tell.
The webpage also has a Ranma Ruin Explores fanfic.

Only thing I can think of would be 'Titan's Reach,' but that probably isn't it. I've never read it - just the name made me think of it is all.

It is called A New Life (Titan Version) it only in draft form and was never finish.
