Ranma Cure Search Failure

I'm wondering are there any fics out there which are set after Safron where Ranma leaves Nerima on the quest to cure his curse before getting back to deal with a marriage, but ends up failing and having to admit it when he returns?

Even ones where he doesn't give up or return to Nerima work as long as the quest for the cure takes him out of the Tendo household and the curse doesn't get cured in the fic.
