For option A (redo):
Shadows of the Future
Sum - ObiWan lost the duel on Mustafar, but instead of dying, he finds himself on a ship leaving Tatooine, with his old Master and a familiar young boy. As events begin to unfold, can he stop the future he knows from occuring?

Unexpected Awakening

Sum - A Flow Walking accident leaves Jacen Solo, now the Sith Lord Darth Caedus, trapped in the past. At the height of the Yuuzhan Vong War, can the time traveling Sith prevent his brother's death? LOTF and NJO crossover AU with spoilers up to Sacrifice.

Legacy of the Red Sun and it's sequels.
Sum - After Luke Skywalker died in a tragic speeder accident as a child, ObiWan was about to give up hope, until he discovered a child with powers unlike anything he'd ever seen: the last son of Krypton.

(...then again, there ARE a handful of Star Wars 'remakes' with the Ranma characters...)

there was this one fic
set ep 2 or so where ranma ends up in SW universe (can't remember how) iirc earth as backwater planet

turns out that Ranma's female side midichlorians (sigh... lucas-baka-san)
are off the scale like Anakins

can't remember title or author (think it was on fanfiction net)

another scene was Windu getting his ass handed to him when he went easy on Ranma

Personally... I liked the non-director cut version slightly more, since it had Battlestar Galactica in the last chapter, not rogue Jurians.
