Ranma's daughter arrives from the future to save him.

i'm trying to find a fic where, one day, Ranma vanishes. Soon he reappeares, but looks older and can't remember where he was while he was gone. Soon, a girl appears and tells him that she's his daughter and she must protect him.

I don't remember the title but I think I remember the fic. Ranma was missing for only a few days and found unconscious. When Ranma wakes up he has no memories of what happened and his muscle tone is shot. Its like he hasn't practiced the art in at least a year. Then the Daughter shows up to protect her mother / Ranma. Ranma was abducted to a parallel world and impregnated. Also mind controlled to be docile the entire time.

Spokavriel: That story is Coutuva's "Goodbye Is Not Forever," I believe, though the person that arrives from the future to protect Ranma isn't his daughter, if I remember correctly.

Spork is correct, the woman who arrives from the future is a daughter or some female decendant of Ranma and Nabiki.

Ironically, she is trying to protect Ranma from another of Ranma's daughters who was mind controled to assasinate him/her.

The assassin is Ranma's First Born child. The one born during that alternate time kidnapping that Ranma can't remember.

Yes, I knew the person who arrived from the future to help/save Ranma was related to him, but I didn't think she was supposed to be a direct relation. Been some time since I read the story, anyway.
