Most Ranma authors dislike the Twilight series, myself included, and thus it is extremely unlikely for it to pop up in a crossover. So, unless you want to write one yourself, you are unlikely to find it.

I'm looking for a ranma twilight crossover. I have found one, but it was a crack fic about kodachi. I am hoping for something better

Edit: I would however try looking for Hellsing xovers. There's some fun to be had there. Heh heh.....
