Happosai a force for Good (or less evil)?

I was re-reading Aftermath's prologue the other day and one of the cliches listed was Happosai not really being a evil pervert. Now, honestly I can only think of maybe a dozen fics where this is the case so I'm just not convinced it is on the level of some of the other cliches in that list. So in that spirit I'm looking for fics where Happosai isn't his usual evil self. He can have redeeming features or do good deeds. This doesn't mean he can't be perverted and steal underwear and glomp women just that he has redeeming features as well. Maybe he raises a kid well? Fights for his students when they are in danger? Helps Ranma out of a jam for no reason other then it's the right thing to do. Sacrifices himself for the greater good? If it is really as cliche as people say please convince me with a few zillion links.

You realize you're more or less asking for a cannon Happosai. Look at his history with Hinako Ninomiya

It's true that that's canon Happy, but it's still unusual in ficcage.

He was never evil. Just petty and perverted. Certainly not pleasant company, but he's actually safer to be around than most of the cast.

Safer is of course, reletive to one's perspective, when you consider what a mob of angry ladies does to a person if they catch them in Happy's company.

I don't consider cannon Happosai to be "good" in the least. He was a very lazy evil. Even helping Hinako out was simply for his own benefit in distracting the staff so he could steal underwear. So I don't know just fics focusing a bit more on Happosai then to narrow it down some? The little perverted screwball doesn't get much press anyway...
