There were actually at one point a bunch of sidestories to this one, they can still be hunted down, but with difficulty, unless you happen to have them already. The premise was basically Mihoshis actions meeting Ranma's curse. Thus making the whole planet gender bending.

There are plenty of others... for example.
- A number of NGE stories have Shinji/Asuka swap places.. and a couple have Yui in Shinji's body.
- At least one Ranma/Robotech crossover has Dr. Lang given a temporary curse for running so many experements on Ranma.
- At least one Ranma/XMen crossover has Ranma as a prank turning Magneto female, and Sabertooth into a smurf.
-In a AA thread... 'New Gods', at one point, Ranma has a bunch of extra female bodies with missing souls, and extra sould, I believe some of them were men that were transposed into female bodies.
And none of those even count the lemons out there.
