Depends on what you mean by happy, but....
there's Nemo Blank's Chaos Factor, in which Gos is (kind of) in a loving relationship with Sailor Mars.....
Of course, I'm not sure how much longer it'll last for....

I also recall one other story that was a Ranma Sailor Moon Crossover, the name escapes me at the moment, but basically Ranma and several other Furinken characters were actually preteding to be as they were, when they were all secret reincarnations from the Moon Kingdom. I remember Gos having a girlfriend in it. Note, it was *not* 'The New Order' by Drakuzz.
